Reparations bill for Tulsa Race Massacre survivors introduced in Congress



On Wednesday, the one dwelling survivors of the bloodbath — Viola Fletcher, 107, her brother, Hughes Van Ellis, 100, and Lessie Benningfield Randle, 106 — informed lawmakers what they endured a century in the past. They spoke as Tulsa prepares to mark the 100th anniversary of the rampage on the finish of the month.
