When you scroll down, you will find your tasks specifically laid out for the day. You can update your weight, log in your calories, log your water intake (you can also set water intake preferences from 53 to 141 oz), and reach your step goal by syncing with other health apps like Fitbit and Health app on your iPhone and Apple Watch.

So far, like with previous DoFasting reviews, we can say that it is simple to use. By the way, the 60-second quiz was a solid start. The anticipated period when you would reach your goal weight was quite encouraging. We loved the fitness component and the fasting aspect, which is what it’s mostly for. This allowed us to spend less time seeking simple workouts to do while fasting.
