Chris Noth to appear in HBO Max’s ‘Sex and the City’ reboot

HBO Max has introduced that Noth will reprise his function as Mr. Big in the upcoming reboot of the iconic collection, set to be referred to as “And Just Like That.” (HBO Max, like CNN, is owned by WarnerMedia.)

“I’m thrilled to be working with Chris again on ‘And Just Like That…’ How could we ever do a new chapter of the ‘Sex And The City’ story without our Mr. Big?” government producer Michael Patrick King mentioned in an announcement.

Noth’s character is the long-time love curiosity of Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie. In the movies that adopted the authentic collection, Carrie and Big marry and proceed their lives in New York City.

In the new collection, viewers meet up with Carrie, Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) — sure, sans Samantha — and learn how they’re navigating “life and friendship in their 50s,” in accordance to a logline.

The collection, announced earlier this year, will encompass 10 half-hour episodes.

Production will begin this summer time in New York, HBO Max added.
